About these ratings

The feed includes ratings that Komerza creates automatically after a purchase, as well as submitted feedback. An automatic purchase rating is not a written customer review. The displayed average includes the records in this feed.

Ratings and available written feedback are loaded from the public Komerza records for products listed in our store. The overview shows the average score and number of ratings for your selected category or product. Search and star filters change the review list without changing that overview.

Written feedback appears when a comment is available. A rating without a written comment is shown without an invented review or customer name. Customer email addresses and private order details are not displayed. Reviews are ordered newest first unless you choose another sort option. For help with an order, contact our support team rather than sharing personal information in a review.
