• fraud,
• or violations of these terms.

We may also block access based on hardware identifiers, IP addresses, device information, or network activity if we consider it necessary for security or abuse prevention.

When you buy from us, you agree to provide up-to-date, complete and accurate billing and payment information.

All payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Anchor Cheats reserves the right to:

Additional downtime compensation, extensions, pauses, or replacements may be offered at our discretion. This does not limit the Refund Policy or mandatory consumer rights.

For a product sold as "Lifetime", the term means the lifetime of the product itself, not the purchaser's lifetime.

Access may end if a product is discontinued, becomes unsupported, goes permanently offline, or is no longer maintained. Our Refund Policy and applicable law determine any right to a refund.

By purchasing a lifetime product, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

All rights, ownership, software, branding, loaders, logos, systems, and intellectual property associated with Anchor Cheats remain the exclusive property of Anchor Cheats.

When you buy a product, you receive only a limited license to use the software under these terms.

• or protection against bans/suspensions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchor Cheats shall not be held liable for:

• game bans,
• HWID bans,
• account suspensions,
• data loss,
• financial losses,
• indirect damages,
• or any consequences resulting from use of our products or services.

These limitations do not restrict refunds available under our Refund Policy. They also do not restrict any remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Anchor Cheats reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

If you continue using our services after changes are published, you accept the revised terms.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any product or service at any time and without prior notice.

When termination takes effect:

• all licenses immediately expire,
• access may be revoked permanently,
• and continued use becomes unauthorized.
