Your Wardogs order is linked to the email address you used at checkout. If you cannot find the delivery email, start with My Keys and use that same address.
This guide covers missing orders, email access and delivered keys. For the available products and license prices, see the Wardogs product overview.
Find the Email Used for Your Order
Check your checkout confirmation before signing in. If you use several email addresses, the one you normally use for Discord or another store may be different from the address attached to this purchase.
Search that inbox for the order confirmation, then check spam or junk if the message is missing. Keep the order reference; it gives support a specific purchase to look up.
Open My Keys and Check Order History
Open My Keys, enter your checkout email and follow the sign-in instructions sent to it. You need access to that inbox to complete sign-in.
In the customer panel, check Order history. Read the product name, selected option and order status before opening the delivery details. If you have bought several products, check the date as well.
The panel can filter orders by status. If an expected purchase is missing, clear the filter and check the other history pages before assuming the order has disappeared.
An Empty Order List and a Loading Error Are Different
An empty list means the panel has no orders to show for that account or filter. First check the email address and selected status filter.
Orders unavailable means the panel could not load the order list. Record the message and try again later. It does not prove that your purchase was cancelled or that the order reference is wrong.
If your payment confirmation and the customer panel disagree, send both details to support. Do not place another order just to test whether the first one went through.
Check Which Wardogs Product You Bought
Disconnect Wardogs External and Wardogs NFA Account are separate products. One order supplies a software license; the other supplies the account access described in its offer.
Check the product name on the order before reporting a missing item. An NFA account order does not include a Disconnect license, and a Disconnect order does not include an NFA account.
You Used the Wrong Email or Cannot Access the Inbox
Contact Anchor Cheats support with your order reference and explain what happened. A spelling mistake in the checkout email and a lost email account are different problems, so mention which applies.
Support may need to verify the purchase before helping with access. Do not post payment details or license keys in a public channel, and do not send anyone your email password.
What to Send Support
Include these details in one private support request:
- The order reference, if available.
- The product and option you selected.
- The approximate purchase date.
- Whether the confirmation email arrived.
- What My Keys shows: an empty history, a loading error or an order without delivery details.
- A screenshot of the problem with license keys and unrelated personal details hidden.
You do not need to describe the problem in technical terms. "The payment confirmation arrived, but My Keys says Orders unavailable" gives support more to work with than "my key is gone".
Use the support page to open the request. Keep the original order reference handy so replies stay attached to the same purchase.
