Disconnect Wardogs External

All Disconnect errors & fixes

Warning

Check the product status before starting. If the product is under maintenance or testing, wait for support to confirm that you can continue.

1. Prepare Windows

Required files

Install both files. If DirectX offers the optional Bing Bar, leave it unchecked. Restart if an installer requests it.

Windows Security

  1. Remove conflicting software

    Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps. Uninstall third-party antivirus software such as Avast, Malwarebytes, Norton or Kaspersky, plus Riot Vanguard and FACEIT if installed. Closing them is not enough because their drivers can remain loaded. Restart Windows after uninstalling them. Leave other anti-cheat software installed.

  2. Prepare Windows Security

    Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings. Turn off Real-time protection and Tamper protection. Then open Device security → Core isolation details and turn off Memory integrity. Restart Windows to apply the Memory integrity change.

  3. Configure Windows Defender

    Open the Defender Control download page and use its small Direct Download link. The large blue advertising buttons are not the download link. Extract the archive with an archive tool such as WinRAR; the password is sordum. Open Defender Control and select Disable Windows Defender. The Windows Security toggle alone can turn back on automatically.

Note

These setup steps turn off Windows protections. Keep track of the settings you change so you can restore them when you no longer use this setup.

2. Set up the overlay

  1. Open the Discord desktop app

    Install Discord for Windows, then launch the desktop app as administrator.

  2. Choose Legacy Overlay

    Open User Settings → Game Overlay. Turn Legacy Overlay on and the regular Discord Overlay off. Keep Discord running.

Note

If Legacy Overlay is missing from your Discord settings, stop here and ask support which Discord version or setup is currently supported. Keep the remaining loader and launch steps specific to your purchased product.

3. Download the loader

Download loader

  1. Have your license ready

    Find your key in your order email or My Keys. Keep the key private when sharing screenshots.

  2. Open the loader

    Run the verified loader as administrator.

    First use: create a loader account and activate your purchased license. Already registered: sign in to your loader account.

4. Inject and launch

  1. Complete injection

    With Discord configured and running, start injection in the loader. Wait for it to finish before opening WARDOGS.

  2. Run your spoofer, if applicable

    Using a spoofer: run it after injection and before opening the game. If its instructions give a different order, ask support first.

    No spoofer: continue to the next step.

  3. Launch WARDOGS and wait

    Open WARDOGS. With the game running, check that Discord's Registered Games lists WARDOGS.

    Wait at the game's main menu for up to three minutes. Do not inject again or restart during this wait.

    Press Insert / INS to toggle the cheat menu.
